bnbcyprus.com.cy (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a website providing short-term rental services operated by A.S. Estia Services Ltd, headquartered at 9, Psiloritis str., 4185 Ipsonas, Limassol with VAT N^o 10390135 Ε and Registration N^o ΗΕ 390135, tel. 7007 0081 and email info@bnbcyprus.com.cy.

The Company informs you that unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use is required, in particular when it comes to the collection and use of personal data.

The Company complies with and implements all necessary policies and appropriate technical measures to ensure the appropriate protection of its clients/users’ personal data in accordance with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Cookies: Like most websites, we use cookies to access certain information each time you browse our website. Without the use of cookies, it would be impossible to provide you with important services. Cookies are alphanumeric files that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive over the internet in order to provide services such as those mentioned above. You can manage your browser settings to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies or asking you whenever a new cookie is about to be installed on your hard drive. However, you should know that if you choose to prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive you will not be able to use some of our website services. At the same time, the Company confirms that the cookies do not contain of transfer sensitive personal information.

The Company collects and stores personal data of clients/users upon subscription to its services or upon filling out the form of interest. The personal data collected and stored (name, address, e-mail, phone number) are necessary and required for the provision of the agreed services and are not further processed.

The clients/users’ data is stored on a dedicated server. The personal data will remain stored for up to two years after the client/user closes his/her account to facilitate the client/user in case they want to reuse the Company’s services in the future. If the client/user does not wish to save his/her information after closing his/her account, he/she has the right to revoke this consent or request their deletion.

Access to personal data is reserved exclusively by the Company and its support operators, who are trained to comply with confidentiality regulations.

The personal data collected and stored by the Company is confidential and in no way is disclosed, transmitted or exploited by the Company.

The Company does not collect or store banking data during the clients/users’ card transactions. Transactions are carried out through the collaborating bank’s website. The Company does not collect or store client/user personal data during PayPal transactions.

The Company, as Processing Officer, requests your consent to email you newsletters and/or other promotional material about its offers and new services. Your e-mail will only be used by the Company and will not be disclosed to third parties, even if the newsletter concerns third-party products and/or services with which third parties the Company maintains commercial cooperation.

The Company has developed legal protection measures for its facilities, systems and records. Additionally, the Company guarantees the confidentiality and security of Personal Data. However, the Company may disclose to the competent Public Authorities Personal Data or any other information held or is accessible through its systems, as dictated by any applicable law.

Your consent may be revoked at any time. To this end, you can send an email at info@bnbcyprus.com.cy.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the personal data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).

Terms of Contract
The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify or update the terms and conditions of the transactions and provision of services, at any time it deems necessary and undertakes to inform subscribers of any changes that may occur through its website.

Limitation of Liability
Services ownership issues: The use of the company’s services and products for the purpose of profiteering, extortion, unauthorised resale and any malicious activity is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to terminate the service in case any or all of the above issues occur, until the matter is legally resolved.
